    Never again will i use ups. I Got charged $5.00 for a 2 foot strip of tape to return a package. Back to fedex Sorry there were no holes!... The box was fine the way it was even with a 10 inch strip of tape maybe would have been needed... Fed ex offers a tape gun if anyone needs to secure the boxes better if need be they will even do it for you at NO CHARGE!. FED EX KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    My last experience was very disappointing. Let me clarify, my dissatisfaction was with the customer service rep. behind the desk when you "check in". I arrived on a day with extended hours. I needed to take care of registration suspension. I arrived at 1 minute before 4pm. I was told that they only do suspensions until 4pm, even though it was an extended hours day. I explained that I am disabled and basically... poor, and that the transportation to and from that DMV costed me $200. This says maybe more about today's society and people's mindset than the DMV itself. Nobody will extend themselves to another human being! I can no longer work, but I still do whatever I can when I encounter someone who needs assistance. I was an intensive care nurse for 22 years and worked for 8 years in hospital administration. I bent, broke and abandoned all kinds of mindless "rules" to do the right thing for patients, families, and whoever! I guess it's easier to be rude, not care or just say it's not my job.
