- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never again will i use ups. I Got charged $5.00 for a 2 foot strip of tape to return a package. Back to fedex Sorry there were no holes!... The box was fine the way it was even with a 10 inch strip of tape maybe would have been needed... Fed ex offers a tape gun if anyone needs to secure the boxes better if need be they will even do it for you at NO CHARGE!. FED EX KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE.By Joe Giambanco, September 02, 2017
